Bell Microsystems believe it is important to support charitable causes and local communities, which is why we selectively sponsor different causes.
Bohunt Bulldogs
In 2008 we sponsored the Bohunt Bulldogs basketball team at Bohunt School Hampshire, which provided the team with a new kit for their Under 14 Boys’ basketball tournament.
The Bohunt Bulldogs finished second best in the country resulting as runners-up in the National Finals, and Bell Microsystems are sponsoring them again in 2009 to support the team for their under 15 level tournament in Uxbridge London.
Betfair Pro-AM 2007 & 2008
The Betfair Pro-AM golf tournament hosted by Betfair Ltd brings together sport heroes from cricket, rugby, golf and horse racing to play along side amateur golfers in order to raise funds for the Sports Aid Charity.
In 2007 Bell Microsystems was the key sponsor for the fourth Betfair Pro-AM and in 2008 Bell Microsystems sponsored and won the fifth golfing tournament.
The winning team was led by Sales Director John Davenport and consisted of golf enthusiasts from Bell Microsystems.

The "Seeing is Believing" fundraising programme hosted by the Standard Chartered Bank. Bell Microsystems have sponsored and donated toward this programme on numerous occassions to help save peoples eye sight in Africa. All proceeds are matched by the Standard Chartered Bank and are invested into cataract operations, training eye doctors, and the building of vision centres and training facilities.
